Black Friday Deal – Terms & Conditions (HalloW Props)

These terms apply to Black Friday promotions offered by HalloW Props through the HalloW Props webshop. They supplement the HalloW Props General Terms & Conditions, Refund & Returns Policy and other applicable policies.
1. Promotion period
The Black Friday Deal is valid only during the promotion period communicated on the HalloW Props webshop or in the relevant promotional communication.
The exact start and end date and time shown for the promotion determine the applicable promotion period.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional prices cannot be claimed before the promotion begins or after it has ended.
2. Participating products
The Black Friday Deal may apply only to selected products, product categories, bundles or offers.
Not all HalloW Props products are necessarily included in the promotion. Products that are not shown with a Black Friday promotional offer remain available at their normally applicable price.
3. Discounts and reference prices
Where HalloW Props announces a measurable price reduction to consumers, the promotional price and reference price will be displayed in accordance with applicable Belgian and European consumer legislation.
Where legally required, the reference price used for a Black Friday price reduction is the lowest price applied by HalloW Props during the 30 days preceding the price reduction for the relevant sales channel.
Where a product has been offered for sale for less than the standard reference period, the legally applicable reference period for new goods will be used.
4. Application of discounts
Black Friday promotional prices or discounts are applied as indicated on the product page, shopping cart, checkout or relevant promotional communication.
Where a discount is applied automatically, the applicable discount will be calculated during the ordering process.
The customer should verify the final price displayed before confirming and paying for the order.
5. Combining promotions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Black Friday discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, promotional offers, project pricing, individually negotiated prices or other commercial discounts.
If multiple promotions could apply to the same product, only the promotion permitted by the webshop or expressly confirmed by HalloW Props will apply.
6. Orders placed before or after the promotion
Black Friday promotional prices apply only to eligible orders validly placed during the applicable promotion period.
Discounts cannot normally be applied retroactively to orders concluded before the promotion began.
Orders placed after the promotion has ended are subject to the prices and conditions applicable at that time.
7. Technical problems during the promotion
If a customer experiences a technical problem with the webshop, shopping cart or checkout during the active Black Friday promotion, the customer should contact HalloW Props as soon as reasonably possible at:

Where possible, the customer should include the affected product, a description of the problem and, where available, a screenshot showing the issue and the time at which it occurred.
Reporting a technical issue does not automatically create a right to a promotional price where no valid order was concluded.
However, nothing in these terms limits rights that a customer may have under mandatory applicable law.
8. Availability and stock
Black Friday offers may be subject to availability.
Where a product is shown as available for backorder or production during the promotion, the promotional price may also apply to that order if this is indicated on the webshop.
HalloW Props produces certain products only after an order has been received. Delivery times for such products may therefore be longer during busy promotional periods.
9. Delivery times
Estimated delivery or production times shown on the webshop or order confirmation apply to Black Friday orders.
For products that are not immediately in stock or that require production, delivery may take up to approximately 40 days where this is communicated for the relevant product or order.
Any stated delivery period is subject to the HalloW Props General Terms & Conditions and applicable mandatory consumer law.
10. B2B customers
The Black Friday Deal is not applicable to professional customers (B2B), unless HalloW Props expressly states or agrees otherwise in writing.
Professional and project customers may receive individually calculated commercial or project pricing based on the nature, quantity, technical requirements and total value of an order.
B2B project pricing, negotiated discounts and other professional commercial conditions cannot be combined with Black Friday promotions, webshop coupons or other promotional discounts unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
11. Consumer rights remain applicable
Purchasing a product during a Black Friday promotion does not reduce the customer's mandatory legal rights.
Consumers retain their applicable legal guarantee rights, rights relating to conformity of goods and, for distance purchases, the applicable right of withdrawal unless a lawful exception applies.
The HalloW Props Refund & Returns Policy and Warranty Conditions therefore remain applicable to promotional purchases where relevant.
12. Pricing or display errors
HalloW Props takes reasonable care to ensure that promotional prices and product information are displayed correctly.
In the event of an obvious technical, typographical or pricing error, the situation will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the HalloW Props General Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in this provision permits HalloW Props to disregard a validly concluded agreement where mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Modification or cancellation of the promotion
HalloW Props may modify, suspend or terminate a Black Friday promotion before or during the promotional period where there is a legitimate reason to do so, such as a technical problem, obvious pricing error, stock issue or other circumstance reasonably requiring modification of the promotion.
Any modification or termination applies only to future orders and does not retroactively alter the price or conditions of orders that have already been validly concluded, except where required or permitted by applicable law.
14. Relationship with other terms
These Black Friday Terms & Conditions supplement the HalloW Props General Terms & Conditions.
The General Terms & Conditions, Refund & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any applicable product-specific warranty conditions remain applicable.
In the event of a conflict concerning the specific Black Friday promotion, these promotional conditions apply to the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
