Custom Talking Head — Important Information
Each talking head is built around a high-quality latex mask that is fully adapted and fitted to the internal structure of the head. This ensures natural mouth movement and realistic speech performance without deforming the mask.
After installation, the interior is carefully filled with foam so the mask maintains its perfect shape and appearance during operation and long-term use.
In the example shown, the zombie head is pierced with a pin, creating the visual effect of being impaled. This is a design choice and can be adapted depending on the desired theme or scene.
Voice & Language
The customer decides entirely what the head will say and in which language.
In this example, the client chose spoken lines for use at a ticket counter, recorded in both Dutch and German.
All voice lines are recorded professionally in a music studio to ensure clear, high-quality sound and a convincing character performance.
After recording, the customer receives an audio demo for approval before final integration.
Only once approved will the final programming be completed.
If changes are requested after the recordings are finalized, additional studio work is required.
Post-approval changes are billed with a minimum of one hour studio time.
Mechanics & Audio
The head is equipped with:

a servomotor for mouth movement and speech animation

an integrated speaker at the base of the unit

an internal control panel for full user operation and adjustments
The control interface can be customized.
In this example, the client selected red push buttons, but illuminated buttons or other configurations are also possible depending on preference.
